Obama Delaying War on ISIS

Obama has been assuring the people that he’s vigorously combating ISIS and has the terrorists “contained,” U.S. army pilots that have returned from actually fighting those terrorist say otherwise. In reality they have been blocked by the means of the Obama management from bombing a whopping 75% of their targets. The Washington loose Beacon reported that moves in opposition to the Islamic country (additionally referred to as ISIS or ISIL) targets are regularly blocked due to an Obama administration policy to save civilian deaths and collateral harm, according to Rep. Ed Royce (R., Calif.), chair of the house overseas Affairs Committee. The policy has allowed Islamic state militants to gain momentum throughout Iraq and aid them in their recruitment campaign.

Obama had the following to say concerning the matter…
“The bottom line is that we will not stoop to the level of our enemy and put civilians more in harm’s way than absolutely necessary,” adding that the military often conducts flights “and don’t strike anything.”

“The fact that aircraft go on missions and don’t strike anything is not out of the norm,” the official said. “Despite U.S. strikes being the most precise in the history of warfare, conducting strike operations in the heavily populated areas where ISIL hides certainly presents challenges. We are fighting an enemy who goes out of their way to put civilians at risk.”

Jack Keane, a retired four-star U.S. general, agreed with Royce and blames Obama for issuing orders that severely constrain the U.S. military from combating terror forces.

“This has been an absurdity from the beginning,” Keane said in response to questions from Royce. “The president in my opinion made a statement that has driven air power from the inception.”

“When we agreed we were going to do airpower and the military said, this is how it would work, Obama said, ‘No, I do not want any civilian casualties,’”

Keane explained.
“there’s always some civilian casualties. We have the best capability in the world to protect from civilians casualties.’”

but; Obama replied
“No, you don’t recognize. I need no civilian casualties. 0” Keane responded. “so that has driven our so-called guidelines of engagement to some extent we’ve in no way had in any previous air campaign from wasteland hurricane to the present.”

0 civilian casualties sounds like an excellent proposal to me; but are all of the orders to stop bombings actually because of civilian casualties? That is what you need to be asking yourself…
